What have you learned about this role that you wish someone had told you before you entered the industry?
The fast pace is a significant factor. You really need to understand the regulations.
From an internal perspective, it's important to recognize that this is a revenue-generating organization. No decisions will be made quickly, which makes sense in many ways.
Because the industry is so fast-paced, you have to meet it halfway. You also need to be willing to pivot as much as possible. Sometimes, you're just on a merry-go-round, and you have to be okay with that.
