What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
I really have two roles, and they're two different functions. One is as an arbitrator.
An arbitrator makes decisions like a judge does. It's a way of a private trial, so to speak.
The other role I have is as a mediator. As a mediator, I have no authority to make decisions, but what I do is I help parties negotiate a settlement to their disputes.
