What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
If we're talking about recruiting, I love that I get to talk to so many different people. The wins you get are so rewarding, like setting a meeting with Goldman Sachs. That just sounds so cool and it's so rewarding. It's just like, "Wow, I did that."
My industry specifically is renewable energy. What I love about this is that everyone is so passionate about it. Everyone that I talk to is so passionate and they all love their jobs.
You can just tell talking with them how much passion they have. In tech, it was a little different. People liked their jobs, but it was more like they always sounded stressed out.
In this industry, everyone loves it. Everyone has a common goal: to save the planet. It just brings people together, and that's a cool thing I haven't experienced before.
