What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

I think it's so interesting. Before this, my first job in recruiting, my first real job out of college, I was still in recruiting, but it was technology-focused. It was very niche technology at Microsoft, and I liked that job too. I thought it was very interesting.

I love it more now, though. I think the market is more interesting, and I learn something new every day. I talk to investment bankers and high-level people within big companies. It's really cool.

It's just really rewarding. Honestly, it's really cool talking with people who are very good at their job, talking with CFOs at companies. You get to see how a lot of different types of companies work.

Even though I work in the renewable energy industry, I work with developers who develop these projects and work with investment banks and private equity firms. I work with a lot of different types of companies, and I think that's interesting.

You get to talk to people on the client or sales side, and you talk to all these high-level people in their roles. You can learn about what they do with their company, and that's really rewarding. But also, we talk to candidates. It's the same thing; I hire CFOs as well.

I think it's just really, really cool. I love learning about new industries. I'm a very curious person, so I think this job is a very good fit for people who are unsure of what they want to do. It's a great thing because you get to learn a lot about many different types of companies.
