What does a day in the life of a YouTuber look like?

A day in the life of a YouTuber starts whenever you want it to, which is one of the coolest things. I get to make my own schedule.

I usually start by catching up on any business emails or anything that I'm working on that involves other people. I want to get emails and messages sent to those people earlier in the day so they have time to get back to me and work on things.

After that, I get to my work, which is usually editing, scripting, or planning a video. Then, typically in the early afternoon, I'll shoot a video. I collect all the footage, making sure I have all the little shots I need, like closeup images or something similar that I'll edit in later.

After shooting, I might do some more editing, kind of like pre-editing work. This involves putting together the video where it's not finished but laid out in the order it will be when done.

I rarely create an entire video in one day. Usually, I'll shoot one video in one day and then edit a video that I shot previously on that same day. This means I'm working on multiple things at once.

For me, being a YouTuber and the fact that I get to make my own schedule is one of the best things about it. I can do other things in life that I want to do. I work a lot, but I can choose when I do the work.

So, if I want to go visit a friend, take a trip, or hang out with people during the day when most people are working an office job, I can do all that other stuff. It takes a lot of effort to schedule your day that way. You have to pay attention to and keep track of many things, but it's very rewarding as well.
