How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?
Across the board, I'd say it's people that have a thirst for knowledge. They're interested in new things and trying to build new technologies and solve problems in ways we haven't before.
This is typically at an engineering level, but just to learn about it and be a part of it, I think that interest is still there. There's a lot of uncertainty, as companies come and go with new technology.
But just being willing to take that risk and see something grow is key. I think that's pretty universal with most of the folks in the lidar industry. They're all here to hopefully see this become as common as cameras or radars, or things we all know about.
