What do you enjoy most about being in this role?

What I've enjoyed the most in this role is working with customers. I think B2C is a business model that people get scared of. People really focus on B2B models.

Working with customers, you really get to learn if your product is actually good or not. You get to talk to people every single day. Sometimes I'd have meetings that were three hours a day, so six hours of meetings. That wasn't always the best because you want to work on your other tasks.

But you're talking to people, you're learning from them, and sometimes you're having fun with them. It's cool to work on many different projects at once. You're talking to engineers, marketing people, your founder, the CEO, customers, and partners.

You're trying to get them all to work together to be part of our brand. I'm kind of like the middleman in all of this, making sure everything comes together. I'm managing my time, my work, and ensuring I hit my deadlines.

It's long hours, but what else am I going to do with my life? I'm going to work, make money, have a good time, and find ways to ensure I'm doing the best that I can. This is achieved by talking to people and making sure we're all communicating well.
