What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
In my current role, I enjoy solving problems. That was part of what I was looking for when I left a more established organization and jumped into startup life.
There are a lot of problems, but they're good problems, usually due to growth or building out system and process improvements. There's always something to do and something to continue to improve upon.
I always find that challenging, and it makes it interesting. Always having room to grow and never being satisfied is something that I'm enjoying in this role.
