What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
One of the things I enjoy the most is also the biggest challenge. It's trying to find that balance of, okay, there are a million problems, there are a million things to do. Prioritizing what needs to be done right now and then what can wait a little bit.
You can always find yourself in the mindset of having a laundry list of things and working until that list is a little shorter. But there's always going to be something on there, so it's about being able to prioritize what really needs to be done at that point in time.
This isn't only about prioritizing for yourself, but also for the routine. You have a million things on your plate, and so do others. I think that's probably one of the biggest challenges: trying to prioritize and being able to zoom out and figure out what those priorities are.
Then, you also have to try and work through that laundry list of things.
