What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I really like being able to help people make their jobs easier and more enjoyable. When I was a customer success manager in my previous role, and also at my previous companies before FullStory, I didn't always have the luxury of a dedicated operations person to build automations or programs to make my life easier.
I'm really excited about going to work every day knowing that that's what I get to do. I get to work with people who I really enjoy working with, and who I know really enjoy their jobs. I know their job is enjoyable now, and everything I'm doing is to make it even better.
