What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
I love to make things. I love being creative and finding solutions to problems.
Usually, these are visual presentation problems, not world problems, but they're still problems, and I enjoy finding solutions. I also like that everything changes and new ideas emerge.
You have to figure out how to integrate them. I like that there is this whole army of young people who are digitally native. They've had their fingers in this stuff their whole lives.
I love learning from my staff about how to look at things and how to do things. It's very rewarding.
