What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
You're definitely dealing with the business side of the business. When you're an employee, you get your check every two weeks or every month, and you feel like you have money. You go with your life, show up every day, do what you're told, and then you're done.
When you have your own business, you have to think about it all the time. This includes dealing with revenue, making sure you have revenue, and managing customers and clients. It's also about dealing with people who want things.
This part is really hard for me. Some people love it, but I'm kind of shy and introverted. I don't like conflict, so when someone has a problem, I don't want to talk to them to work it out. That's the hardest part of running a business.
