Biggest Challenges Faced by a Recruiter at Walden Recruiting
Marsh's biggest challenge as a Recruiter at Walden Recruiting is "finding time" for focused work due to the need to balance "family stuff" and personal responsibilities like home maintenance and chauffeuring children. The difficulty lies in minimizing distractions and carving out dedicated time for "a deep dive" into recruiting tasks.

What is your biggest challenge in your role?
I'm finding it hard to make time. I'm trying to balance family responsibilities with my work. For example, I had the landlord coming over for a six-month inspection.
So, I spent most of the day cleaning the house and mowing the yard. I also had to drive my son to an interview.
It's challenging to get that focused time to sit down and really do a deep dive into my work. That's the hardest part, with so many distractions out there.
