What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

That's a good question. I like the flexibility it offers. Being my own boss, Jennifer and I, my wife, get to pick and choose when we're working.

I would say the next best thing about our work is the more you put in, the more you get out. It's truly, if you want to put your head down and work 60 hours a week and crush it, you can do that. If you still want to do pretty well and work 30, 40 hours a week, you can do that as well.

That would be my second favorite thing. And then I guess the third is the variety of the people that we're always interacting with. There's no set agenda every day.

This provides variety versus my previous corporate job, where I was sitting stationary in a cubicle for eight and a half hours a day, talking with people over the phone without face-to-face interaction. I feel like we have more sense of accomplishment in this job as well.
