What's your biggest challenge in your current role?
For me personally, it's time management and prioritizing. It's about making sure we stay on top of everything we're working on.
Second, when things go sideways, they go up or down, we have to maintain an even keel. There are times when the business is doing really well, and I have to remind myself it's not always going to be sunny.
When things get tough, I need to ensure it won't be that hard all the time. So it's maintaining an even keel, prioritizing, and time management.
