What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
Problem-solving? My current role is a never-ending wave of problem-solving. There's always an opportunity to improve, and it's not to say that something's always not working, but there's always something that can be working better.
Sometimes there is indeed stuff that's not working, but there's always an opportunity to get better. I take that as a challenge, and that's definitely the best part of it for me: being able to constantly solve problems and constantly push the company forward.
Secondly, I am a very competitive person. When I'm at a company, I want it to be the best compared to its competitors. Playing sports growing up, I translate that into the business world now where I just want to beat the competition all the time.
I'm able to get that without having to go shoot hoops at the park. I can compete with other businesses. I think that's super rewarding for me.
