What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
That's a good question. Managing and always having to come up with new ways to grow the business is definitely super challenging.
Part of my role is leading our growth strategy. This means figuring out how we'll expand the business and get more clients.
I think that's usually the most challenging part for any business owner. Operational efficiency comes naturally to me.
The growth aspect requires more effort. It's not that I'm bad at it, but it's not as inherently natural. So, the sales, marketing, and growth sides of the business always present more of a challenge. I have to put in more work, research, and effort.
Ultimately, I think that's the most challenging part of my role.
