What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
The biggest challenge in my current role is the responsibility. It's both a plus and a challenge.
I tell my team that I take the responsibility very seriously. If someone on my team makes a mistake, it's a learning experience.
However, if I make a mistake, depending on its size, all hundred of us could be out of a job. So, the biggest challenge is taking calculated risks without jeopardizing the team. This also involves considering the next generation of people when making those decisions.
