What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I think what I love about my current role in subcontracts is that it's very people-facing. I get to interact with a lot of internal stakeholders, ask questions, and learn more about the technical side of the job. I'm also meeting a lot of suppliers from around the country and people who have been in this industry for a long time, from whom I can learn.
I'm very much a people person, so even if my job requires a lot of time at a desk, it's really nice that I get to interact with different folks. My job is also challenging; there's never a dull day.
I think any job in supply chain presents you with unprecedented things and things you can't control. That's a very rewarding part of the job when you're able to problem-solve.
