What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I think something I really enjoy about my role is that I find it both incredibly interesting and incredibly impactful. I get to talk to people all day long who are working on things they're incredibly passionate about and want to move the world to a better place.
I like to think that we have a small, but net positive impact in terms of the work we do. There's so much work that needs to be done in the world, and if we can just make things a little bit easier to help people act on their best intentions, then I view that as incredibly meaningful.
In addition to the work itself, I really appreciate working at Ideas 42. The company's great, and they treat me really well. We have decent work-life balance most of the time. It's a little harder when you're traveling for work.
But overall, I feel like I'm treated very well and in a role that makes me really happy.
