What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

I'll speak again about my recent drama at Peloton. The thing I loved most was honestly my team and the people I got to work with. They were the smartest, kindest people.

Having been in several places since, I've found other great people and jobs. But this group had really positive chemistry. They were hard-working and creative.

I think they didn't take everything super seriously, which was really refreshing. You had a lot of fun on that team.

This is less specific to my role and more about what you're looking for in a team culture. Many places offer different things; you have to find what works for you.

I think a lot of that is alignment with your personal values. So, that was a big highlight of working there.

Obviously, I loved the product and what we were working on. I felt like we were building a product that was really helping people be happy, get healthy and fit, and creating a community where people care for each other. Those are probably the things.
