What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

What I enjoy most about being at GROUPIE and in my current role is that I get to be involved with many areas at the same time. I literally work on the whole process of the deal, from the underwriting process.

I'm also part of the acquisitions team with Matt, investments with Blake, property management with Angela, and project management with Rob. I'm also involved in capital markets with Young.

It is really nice to be involved and learn about every single step of a deal. I get to see the process from the beginning, from when we see the land, all the way to when we deliver the project. It is really interesting, and I appreciate the impact it makes on people's lives.
