What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
There are many challenges. You have to keep yourself updated and continue learning to remain relevant.
Mostly, it's about being a woman in a male-predominant industry like real estate. Not many women work in this field, so sometimes you have to work a little harder to show you deserve to be there.
It was pretty cool when we were working on-site and I saw a woman working as a construction worker. It was really gratifying to see that we are gaining our space, even though there's still more equality to achieve.
Obviously, there's still a lot of work to do, but seeing a woman working in the field was motivating. It encourages you to learn and empower yourself to become relevant.
