What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
It's different every day. Project managing involves a lot of flexibility. You can have the most detailed plan, but it's often just a suggestion.
You often have to adapt to what's actually happening, and that's kind of fun. I enjoy that side of project management; it's the challenge, like a puzzle of how it's all going to fit together.
On the business development side, you're trying to discover something that hasn't been done yet. Or, if it has been done, how do you make it even bigger and better? That's unique.
You get to be the brains and let your creative juices flow when you think of different ways something can be presented to the world. I love that part about my job because I get to work through both sides.
