What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

What I enjoy most in my current role is the change every six months. I'm a person who likes dynamic work, so being challenged every six months has been incredible.

It helped me improve my ability to adapt and constantly challenge myself. Once I felt I had mastered a job and felt comfortable, I would automatically move to another.

I enjoy this because I'll never get bored. My job isn't static for three to four years, which, while not wrong, doesn't suit my personality. I need constant challenge and change in roles or projects.

Another thing I enjoyed was learning a lot from the market. As I mentioned earlier, I had no prior experience in this kind of job. I enjoyed learning about Peru's exchange rate, what impacts it, and experiencing firsthand which news affects it and which doesn't.
