What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

I enjoy the fact that I can use my curiosity and creativity to an infinite level. Everything I do doesn't have to be done a certain way. I get to decide how it will be done, when, and when I need to take time off to care for a sick friend or go to an event. I will grow my understanding of something I can, and I enjoy that a lot.

I also love the fact that I can create jobs and help create a culture where people love to work without sacrificing their wellbeing. I think this is a huge source of my everyday satisfaction that I didn't anticipate.
