I think something I wish they would have told me before is just be ready for anything. Be willing to be adaptable and very flexible.
Sometimes you have a plan for the day and it changes really quickly. That's where time management plays a big role.
In my job, if I don't manage something correctly and then something unexpected comes up, it shifts everything along on my timeline. So, I think if someone had told me in college, "Get it together," that would have been very, very great.
