What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

The thing I like most about my role is the people in the community here at Sugarloaf. Many of our volunteers are retired folks who have the time and desire to make a difference.

They've truly inspired me, not just as a young professional, but also by sharing their life stories and how they came to the park after full careers. They even offer advice on what I should or shouldn't do in life.

These volunteers have played a significant role in who I am and who I'm becoming, which I deeply appreciate. Working for a nonprofit is also very fulfilling.

I don't regret taking this job; if I hadn't, I likely would have regretted it a lot.
