What does a day in the life of a senior project coordinator look like?
An average day involves a good amount of meetings. I work with many different cross-functional teams, which means we meet regularly with each group of internal and external employees to ensure everyone is on the same page.
I also spend time personally troubleshooting the software program, especially as we get closer to launching the tests during the school year. This involves logging into the system, trying to break things, and making sure there are no bugs.
Additionally, a fair amount of time is spent updating the client. This can include sending emails or hopping on a phone call to keep them informed of everything that's going on.
