What is your biggest challenge in your current tool?
My biggest challenge, I would say, is the technical aspect. It's a software product at the end of the day.
I interact a lot with engineers or developers, and I personally don't have a technical background. So, I had to learn the lingo and make sure I could communicate with those teams effectively.
I also needed to understand how things work. I really took the time to learn about the system, updates, and the software lifecycle—how things get changed or how bugs get resolved. That was a bit of a learning curve for me.
It's possible to do this role and communicate with technical people even without a technical background.
