What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I really enjoy the variety. I like that it's not the same thing every day. Projects can be as long as six months or as short as two weeks.
It just really depends, and I like that. Most days, I'm working on different types of projects, not just one sole project.
I get to delegate different tasks to my team to help build that. So, we all get a variety of different things throughout the week and throughout the day. It's very interesting in that sense.
It's also challenging because we do have to do hard work, but there's a variety, so it's enjoyable.
