What does a day in the life of an institutional research manager look like?
My days vary. As you can see today, I'm working from home, which is a very nice leisure that I get to have. Some days I have to go into the office.
Other days, I am in different conferences or training sessions. The days really depend based on the projects that I have ongoing and the needs of the institution.
But it's very flexible. There's a lot of life-work balance, which is really nice.
