What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
One of the biggest challenges is definitely working with a team. I love working in a team, don't get me wrong, but sometimes it can be hard to get your idea across.

Change is hard for everyone. So sometimes it's difficult dealing with different directors and personalities. But at the end of the day, we all come together for the institution's benefit.
