What are your main responsibilities within your current role? As COO, I oversee the daily operations of the company. My main goal is ensuring we meet both technical and operational goals.
This involves managing teams across engineering, project management, and client services. I make sure everything runs smoothly from the planning phase through execution and all the way through commissioning.
I work very closely with our business development teams to identify new opportunities. I often serve as a bridge between our engineering capabilities and what clients need. As a leader, my role includes strategic decision-making.
Sometimes I get involved in troubleshooting any technical or operational issues that may arise. My key focus is making sure we are continuously innovating, whether that is deploying new technologies or improving processes to increase our sustainability.
