What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

I enjoy the people. I am part of the nonprofit sector and a proud member of it. I think many who join the nonprofit world are incredibly mission-driven.

They aren't really in it for the money, though they can be. They are really in it for the people and the way they can make an impact and serve communities. This is true no matter the inequities, challenges, social policies, or ideals they are fighting for.

It's commendable when someone finds a calling and contributes beneficially to society. I am all for that and happy I can play a role in helping those individuals expand their impact.
