Transcript
What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
I am a physician surgeon practicing dermatology. My primary focus is outstanding patient care.
I also manage my own practice, so I handle the day-to-day logistics with my office manager. This includes making financial decisions and managing personnel, such as hiring and firing.
I get input from my office manager, but ultimately, I make the final decisions on these matters. Compliance and personnel are also key aspects of my role.
So, while it's a multifaceted role, my primary focus remains outstanding patient care. My secondary focus is ensuring the practice runs smoothly.
