What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

The events industry is always changing, and there's so much content and so many ideas to write about. When I was in the insurance or legal industries, it was a little tougher to come up with ideas. But events is fun and ever-changing.

Also, the marketing role I'm in isn't very stressful. It's never a life-or-death situation. Sometimes I might make a spelling error in an article or a social media post, but I never leave work super frustrated, which I'm really grateful for.

I think it's also just your environment. I've had marketing jobs in the past that were not so stress-free. But I have a really cool boss in my current job, and it's a really great company. I think the events industry is just a more dynamic space to be in, and it's really awesome.
