What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
My favorite thing is that every day is different. The role changes depending on the projects I'm working on and my clients.
There's a lot of independence in managing my own projects. That's definitely a perk of a small company, rather than a large one.
Even from the beginning, I was given a lot more responsibility than someone of my experience probably would have been. I've grown a lot because of it.
I really enjoy being able to learn new things every day, take on new and different challenges and projects, and diversify my skills and knowledge.
