Q8: Who thrives in industry?

How would you describe people who typically thrive in the logistics industry? Resilient, persistent. There's a lot of change that's always occurring.

As we discussed earlier, there are often waves. So, there can be lulls. If you're in sales, you might not be getting paid for a time, or even for years.

If you're in operations, you are working very hard hours because a lot of the stuff is being moved to the hubs at night or early in the morning. It's hard. There are always things you're dealing with, different regulations that are always changing, different holidays.

So I think those are the two best words: resilient and persistent. Because you're dealing with a lot of things, and it's always relentless and never stops.
