Main Responsibilities Of A Consultant At ADAPTOVATE

Lucca's main responsibility as a Consultant at ADAPTOVATE is "helping clients solve complex problems," often starting with ambiguous issues where clients know the pain points but not the root causes; this involves breaking down the overarching problem into individual pieces, sometimes designing entire organizational strategies focused on efficiency, cost savings, and speed to market. Like in any management consulting firm, internal initiatives, such as business development and proposal creation, are also part of the role.

What are the main responsibilities within your role?

The main responsibilities in my role, the biggest one is helping clients solve complex problems. When we engage a client, they often have a very ambiguous problem.

They don't really know what the drivers of that problem are, but they do know the pain points they're feeling. We try and engage the clients to figure out what that overarching problem is.

Then we break it down into individual pieces that can be solved for. Sometimes that looks like designing an entire organizational strategy and then supporting them through executing against it.

Those strategies are generally focused on organizational efficiency, identifying cost savings, and improving speed to market. But I think those are the core responsibilities. Also, like any other management consulting firm, you're leaning into internal initiatives.

Whether it's business development work, proposals, obviously, but the client-facing stuff is generally some delineation of solving complex problems.
