What do you enjoy most about your industry?

As a younger professional in consulting who eventually wants to get their MBA, it's been super valuable for me to gain a breadth of experience. Whether it's different types of work or engaging in different industries, I really get to do a lot of different things. This allows me to learn more about myself and where my interests lie.

If I had gone into industry before consulting, I wouldn't have been able to get a broader understanding of where my interests lie. I think this sets you up really well for graduate programs, helping you understand where you might want to focus your efforts.

The second thing I enjoy most about being in the consulting industry is that no two problems are the same. You might be doing similar work across more than one case, but ultimately, the problems, stakeholders, and engagement are all different. You're always thinking, and I definitely love that about consulting.
