What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

I love problem-solving. I had said earlier that you might not always get it right, but you always aspire to do better. What I love is getting it better, seeing that "we did that really well," and then wanting to do the next one really well. Setting yourself up for success is very satisfying.

I really enjoy problem-solving with other people. I also enjoy laughing. I have a great team with a great sense of humor, and they are all extremely smart people. They are great people to think with, and I love being creative with them to see what we can come up with.

I also like to be challenged. My work is intellectually stimulating and creatively challenging. I get to learn new skills all the time and do things I wouldn't have anticipated. I learn something new every day, and I laugh every day here, so those are all great things.
