Biggest challenge in this role.
What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
I'd say the biggest challenge is presenting and communicating stuff in a very short form manner when I've spent a long time thinking about and preparing for it. There's all this information I have to relay in a very short amount of time. That's very challenging.
I'd also say there are two types of businesses: those that make products and those that provide services. I'm in a service business, and that's always hard, because at the end of the day, you have a client that you have to make happy.
Sometimes what will make them happy is maybe not the best thing for them. Then there's the third layer of whether I really know if I'm the all-knowing person of what the best thing is for them. Navigating those relationships is a little challenging.
