How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?
They are go-getters. You have to have a hustle and a lot of energy. You need positive leadership, someone who craves adrenaline.
There are great winds and also lows. You have to be able to deal with lows. I think somebody who can see setbacks as a driving force is important.
This makes you more motivated, not discouraged. Failure is not an option, because too many things can show up to make you think it's not going to work. You have to use that as your driving force, your determination to prove that something exists and is meant to exist.
It takes that kind of fight, but that's also a fun energy to use throughout the day for me. I would like someone who would enjoy that, who feels like roller coasters. It's a great line of work.
There are a lot of ups and downs, but that's the fun part of it too.
