Q8: Who thrives in industry?

How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?

I think people who care about other people really thrive. People who are in it not just for the money, but that truly care about other people thrive.

Healthcare is a large industry with many different people from various backgrounds and educational levels. I think being able to relate to others at all different levels of organization and educational backgrounds is important.

If you can do that well, meet people where they are, and have a connection with them, I think that really helps you to thrive. It also helps you to be a really good team player, because everything in healthcare is part of a team.

If you're comfortable and thrive in a team environment, you can do much better in healthcare than if you prefer to do a lot of work on your own. I think that's another key component.
