What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
In my current role, I have my own consulting and advisory business. I am responsible for oversight of both our consulting services, focusing on operational improvements for hospitals and health systems, and our advisory services for healthcare startups.
We help these startups with their go-to-market strategy, advising them on their ROIs and messaging. We also assist them in growing their business by making connections with potential prospects to help them increase their revenues. As the CEO, I have oversight for the entire organization, encompassing both the consulting and advisory sides.
