What is your biggest challenge in your role?
My biggest challenge in my role is just trying to stay on top of everything that needs to be done, not just for myself but for everyone else on the team. I need to make sure I'm tracking everything and not missing anything important.
This involves setting things up well to ensure all necessary tasks are completed. It's a lot of balls in the air, and my main goal is to make sure none of them drop.
