How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?

Thriving in this industry is definitely meant for those who have passion and are able to get creative. As I said before, being creative and stretching the budget and making the most out of the resources you have, and sometimes making the most out of difficult situations, can be tricky. It can take a lot out of you.

But that passion I mentioned is what will often keep you going through those difficult and challenging times. It will fuel you to continue to get those really amazing moments where you see the growth in the people you're serving and the staff under your wing.

So, it's a challenge, and it can be difficult to stretch a budget and get creative. But it will pay off. That passion really helps you.
