Transcript

What are your main responsibilities within your role as an independent contractor? This is very different than being an in-house person.

It was always important for me to understand my client's objectives. I had to shape my skills and what I had to offer to those, whatever the project was, whatever its goals were.

I also needed to be able to offer guidance in a more conversational way. This was about how I felt we could shape the project to accomplish their goals.
