What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I love working project by project because it gives me a lot of flexibility in my life. As long as I stay disciplined, no one is looking over my shoulder. I can really integrate my life into my work life as long as I get my work done.
Living project by project also gives me a chance to learn a lot about things I never thought I would be interested in. That's really great, meeting different kinds of people every time I have a project.
And learning all the skills involved in that kind of shift is also great. I love my work because it pulls me into a creative space where I need to go to places I've never been before.
